Job Description

Title: Microbiology Validation Engineer
Location: East Troy, WI (Onsite)
Duration: 6-Month Contract (Opportunity to Renew)

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Biology, Chemistry, or related scientific field with 3–7+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology validation experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with microbiological method validation, including protocol development, execution, documentation, and comparative testing in a cGMP-regulated environment.
  • Experience with USP microbiological methods, rapid microbiological systems, method suitability studies, risk assessments, deviation investigations, and validation reporting.
  • Working knowledge of 21 CFR Parts 210/211, Data Integrity, process validation, IQ/OQ activities, and pharmaceutical laboratory compliance requirements.
