Business Development Manager EMEA | Neu-Isenburg, Germany | On-site | We're hiring on behalf of a leading global technology solutions provider that empowers partners to bring innovative technology to market. The Role • Drive profitable growth by acquiring new customers and expanding existing relationships within the Microsoft Embedded/IoT space. • Identify and develop reseller/partner accounts with strong growth potential for Microsoft Embedded/IoT solutions. • Build and maintain robust relationships with vendors and channel partners to foster collaboration and pipeline growth. • Identify, engage, and enable new partners with the necessary tools, knowledge, and programs to maximize their sales potential. • Support focused campaigns and partner projects to accelerate market adoption and achieve go-to-market objectives. • Provide accurate forecasting and share market intelligence for effective deal planning. What You'll Need • Proven experience in IT channel sales or end-user sales, with a focus on software/hardware solutions. • Strong understanding of the embedded/IoT ecosystem and the ability to engage commercial and technical stakeholders. • Fluency in English and advanced/native German language skills. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic relationship-building abilities. • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to time and opportunity management. • Ability to learn product benefits, solution sales concepts, and work effectively with alliance vendors.
