Desktop & AV Support Specialist AI & Growth Path

Excolo Partners in Sydney is seeking a hands-on second level IT desktop support specialist to be the face of IT for the business, supporting desktop, mobile and AV, owning tickets end-to-end. You will work a rotating shift roster with national after-hours on-call, and you will collaborate across IT to improve AV solutions and services.
