Workplace Manager

Weybridge | £50,000 - £55,000 | 4 days on-site / 1 day WFH

Boden Group is exclusively recruiting a Workplace Experience Manager for a global organisation looking for someone proactive, hands-on and comfortable taking real ownership of the workplace.

This is primarily a Facilities and Workplace Experience role , with some light-touch IT support such as setting up laptops, checking meeting room technology and helping with basic desktop issues.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Day-to-day facilities and workplace operations across multiple UK offices
• PPMs, contractors, maintenance and general building issues
• Budgets, facilities data, service charges and office standards
• Basic IT and new starter equipment set-ups
• Employee engagement, office activities and social committee support
• Building strong relationships with employees, managers, HR and site leaders

We’re looking for an experienced Facilities, Workplace or Office Management professional who is proactive, self-sufficient and comfortable working without lots of established processes.

You’ll need to be someone who takes ownership, thinks for themselves and follows issues through to completion , rather than simply passing problems on.

Weybridge will be the main base, with travel to other UK offices as required, so a driving licence and access to a car are important.

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 , with some flexibility for the right person.
