Job Title: Technical Project Manager (Data Engineering & AI) - 14+ yrs Exp

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of moderate to complex technical projects.
• Gather business and technical requirements and translate them into project deliverables.
• Perform business analysis and develop functional and technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and success metrics.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular project status reporting.
• Coordinate system implementation activities and ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage cross-functional collaboration between business, engineering, data, platform, and AI teams.
• Track project deliverables, risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Support platform engineering, data engineering, and AI adoption initiatives.
• Ensure alignment between business stakeholders, engineering teams, and AI program objectives.
• Manage project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, forecasts, and resource planning.
• Coordinate vendors, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation including charters, schedules, project plans, and lessons learned.
• Support financial tracking and project status reporting.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to business leaders and executive stakeholders.
• Work closely with data engineers, developers, analysts, architects, and business partners.
• Support enterprise data, analytics, cloud, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to organizational project management standards and best practices.

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required and must be listed on the resume.
• Experience leading technical projects or programs in data, analytics, and cloud environments.
• Experience leading data architecture, data modeling, and data warehousing initiatives from planning through delivery.
• Experience managing business intelligence, big data, and analytics projects within complex enterprise environments.
• Experience supporting healthcare data initiatives; familiarity with FHIR, CCDA, and HL7 standards is a plus.
• Working knowledge of SQL and database technologies to support project planning, estimation, and issue resolution.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to business and executive audiences.
• Proven leadership managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and complex project timelines.
• Strong collaboration skills working with data engineers, developers, analysts, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Experience defining project scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, and success metrics.
• Experience managing project budgets, forecasting, resource planning, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet.
• Strong documentation skills for project plans, project charters, schedules, status reports, and lessons learned.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms, enterprise applications, and data systems.
• Ability to work independently with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong organizational, planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience working in healthcare or other highly regulated environments.
• Knowledge of compliance, security, and data governance concepts.
• Healthcare industry experience.
• Additional project management certifications such as PgMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent.
• Understanding of information management principles, IT processes, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), enterprise architecture, and enterprise technologies.
• Strong consulting, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Customer-focused communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Demonstrated proactive leadership with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Experience supporting AI, advanced analytics, or digital transformation initiatives at the project or program level.
• TOGAF, Cloud Solution Architecture, Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) certifications are a plus.
