Job Summary:

Value Technology is seeking an experienced Python Developer with Google Conversational AI / CCAI Architect with 10+ years of expertise in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-scale IVR and Conversational AI solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience with Google Conversational AI platforms (CS AS/CX AS) and expertise in building and executing Agentic AI workflows using Google CX AS tools.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in IVR / Conversational AI implementation
• Expertise in Google CS AS and should be able to build and execute the agentic AI flow using Google CX AS tool.
• Must have Python experience 10+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-grade IVRand Conversational AI solutions
• Proven experience in building customer self-service, customer care, and contact center automation solutions for telecom service providers.
• Hands-on experience in designing and implementing Agentic AI workflows using Google Conversational AI (CS AS/CX AS).
• Experience integrating conversational AI platforms with telecom ecosystems including CRM, Billing Systems (BSS), Operational Support Systems (OSS), Order Management, and Contact Center platforms.
• Experience leading technical teams, conducting code reviews, mentoring developers, and driving end-to-end solution delivery.
• Strong expertise in Google Conversational AI (CS AS/CX AS). Hands-on experience in designing and implementing Agentic AI workflows using Google CX AS.
• Strong programming skills in Python for backend development, orchestration, automation, and API integrations.
