Job Description
* Administer SharePoint and collaboration portals.
* Manage Corrective Action Program (CAP) databases and workflow.
* Maintain assessment records, historical data, and configuration control.
* Develop and maintain executive dashboards and performance metrics.
* Ensure data integrity, security, and quality.
* Support enterprise trend analysis and knowledge management.
* Coordinate with Government information management personnel. Requirements Required Qualifications * Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Emergency Management, or related discipline.
* Minimum 10 years supporting DoD or Federal information management, assessment programs, or enterprise data management.
* Experience administering SharePoint, Microsoft 365 collaboration environments, or similar knowledge management platforms.
* Experience managing assessment repositories, configuration management, document control, and corrective action databases.
* Experience developing executive dashboards and enterprise performance reporting.
* Required Certifications: Active Secret Security Clearance; DoD Cyber Awareness Training; OPSEC Level I.
* Clearance Level Required: Active Secret
* Preferred Qualifications
* Preferred Certifications: Microsoft SharePoint Administrator; Microsoft Power BI; ITIL Foundation; Knowledge Management certification. Physical Requirements and Work Environment * Work is primarily performed in a standard office environment with occasional travel to installations and program events. Ability to sit for extended periods and use standard office equipment (computer, phone, etc.). Travel * Occasional travel (up to 10%) to support program reviews and stakeholder coordination.
