Lead Business Analyst – Oracle Cloud / CPQ

Introduction:

We are currently seeking a Lead Business Analyst with expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle CPQ to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in business analysis and a strong understanding of Oracle Cloud implementations. This position will be based in either Richmond, IN or Dayton, OH with a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities:

• Lead business analysis efforts for Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle CPQ implementation projects.
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure system functionality meets business needs.
• Create and execute test plans and test cases.
• Analyze and improve business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage stakeholders and communicate project updates effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bridge business and technical requirements.
• Utilize Agile and Scrum methodologies for project delivery (preferred).

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Experience in Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle CPQ.
• Strong background in business analysis and requirements elicitation.
• Proficiency in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Ability to develop test plans and test cases.
• Knowledge of process analysis and improvement.
• Effective stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Previous experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
• Ability to bridge business and technical teams for successful project delivery.
