- Contribute to building management capability across the organisation
- Opportunity to gain exposure to L&D initiatives
- Continuous Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies and proactively suggest improvements
- Support the implementation of systems, metrics, and reporting
- Help embed a more proactive, solutions-focused HR approach
- Generalist HR & Employee Relations
- Provide support on ER matters with guidance from the HR lead
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal standards

- Confident decision-maker who can use initiative and “read the room”
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Comfortable working in an evolving, sometimes ambiguous environment
- Good IT and systems capability (essential for improving processes and documentation)
- CIPD qualification (or working towards) desirable but not essential

You will be joining at a time where:
- Significant improvements are being made to systems, processes and structure
- There is real opportunity to shape how HR operates
- Leadership is supportive of change and development
The Culture
