Mandatory Qualification

• 84+ months of experience as a Software Developer.
• Experience with all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including research, design, development, programming, testing, implementation, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise applications.
• Candidate should be capable of providing technical leadership, mentoring development teams, and delivering enterprise-scale software solutions.

Required Qualifications

1. 84 months of experience designing, developing, configuring, and deploying new and existing applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
2. 84 months of experience building Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Power Apps, including developing Power Automate workflows.
3. 84 months of experience designing, customizing, building, and populating Microsoft Dataverse tables.
4. 60 months of experience in Oracle Development and PL/SQL, including:
   • Table Creation
   • Triggers
   • Packages
   • Stored Procedures
   • Functions
   • Views
   • SQL Performance Tuning
   • Generating Data Files from Oracle
5. 60 months of experience developing web-based applications using:
   • Microsoft C#.NET
   • Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
   • ASP.NET
   • ASP.NET MVC
6. 60 months of experience with:
   • JavaScript
   • jQuery
   • HTML
   • CSS
7. 48 months of experience using Git in a Microsoft Windows environment, including:
   • Branching
   • Merging
   • Check-in / Check-out
   • Source Code Management
8. 48 months of experience with Azure DevOps, including source control, work item tracking, and deployment processes.
9. Candidate must currently hold at least one of the following valid Microsoft Certifications (not expired by more than six months):
   • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate (MB-230)
   • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400)
   • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600)
