Job Description
AI Strategy & Adoption Lead | London, United Kingdom | Hybrid
We are hiring on behalf of a globally recognised leader in risk management and insurance services, known for its client-centric approach and commitment to empowering businesses to grow and innovate. The Role
• Act as the primary AI advocate and point of contact for UK Trading Divisions, aligning with the organisation's overall AI strategy.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, IT teams, and operational leaders, to identify AI-driven business opportunities.
• Drive the adoption and measurable value of AI investments by identifying, prioritising, and sponsoring impactful use cases.
• Collaborate with internal AI working groups and global committees to ensure effective implementation of local and global AI initiatives.
• Promote AI literacy within business divisions, educating teams on the potential and limitations of AI technologies.
• Develop and deliver clear, consistent, and engaging communications regarding AI initiatives, successes, and opportunities.
What You'll Need
• Proven background and understanding of AI technologies, their business applications, and potential impacts.
• Experience engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into actionable insights.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Experience in organising and facilitating workshops, focus groups, and training sessions.
• Knowledge of data governance, compliance, and ethical considerations related to AI is highly desirable.
