Agile Coach

Seeking an Agile Coach with experience in a scaled Agile environment. While the team does not formally follow SAFe, they leverage its principles and concepts.

The program recently transitioned to a new operating model and consists of seven independent, cross-functional product teams with interdependent technologies. The coach will support both technical and business-focused teams, understanding the unique needs of each.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach teams on Agile best practices and processes.
• Guide teams through continuous improvement using a hands-off coaching approach.
• Coordinate work across product streams and manage dependencies.
• Improve release planning and release cycles.
• Work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams, with a solid understanding of software development
