Job Title: QA Lead / QA Manager

Locations: Dallas, TX | Pittsburgh, PA | Denver, CO

We are looking for an experienced QA Lead / QA Manager to lead quality assurance initiatives for enterprise banking applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in test automation, API testing, CI/CD pipelines, and experience working in Agile environments within the banking domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage QA teams across multiple projects.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium and JavaScript.
• Perform API testing using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
• Develop and execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end test cases.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for backend data validation.
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Identify, track, and resolve defects while ensuring timely project delivery.
• Mentor QA engineers and establish testing best practices.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and release activities.

Required Skills

• Strong experience as a QA Lead or QA Manager.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript and Selenium Automation.
• Strong experience in API Testing.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools and practices.
• Strong SQL skills for database validation.
• Experience with Python and/or Java.
• Hands-on experience with the Karate Framework.
• Experience working with IGNITE.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Banking or Financial Services industry experience is mandatory.
• Experience leading distributed QA teams.
• Knowledge of performance and security testing is a plus.
