Don't want to spend every day staring at a ticket queue?<br />Here, you won’t just support projects; you’ll run them.<br />You’ll get to make a real impact on the business and gain the recognition you deserve.<br />You’ll be your customers’ IT hero - you're happiest when you're hands-on, building relationships and seeing the difference your work makes.<br />If variety is what you’re after, you’ll get it here by getting out to customers, leading projects and solving real technical challenges.<br />One day you'll be planning a Microsoft 365 or Azure migration, the next, you'll be on-site helping a customer roll out new infrastructure, solving a networking issue or recommending the best solution for their business.<br />You'll work directly with the business owners, have the freedom to get things done, and be trusted to make decisions.<br />The customer base is built entirely from referrals and recommendations, so you'll be supporting loyal local companies that value good service and long-term relationships.<br />You’ll also get to put your theory to the test and gain funded IT-related qualifications.<br />What you'll be doing

  • Leading IT projects, including Microsoft 365 and Azure migrations.
  • Visiting customer sites across Warwickshire to install, configure and support IT systems.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues both remotely and on-site.
  • Building long-term relationships with customers and becoming their trusted IT expert.
  • Supporting the Service Desk by responding to incidents and service requests.
  • Installing, maintaining and repairing PCs, servers and network equipment.<br />You’ll need knowledge of:
  • Azure, 365 and SharePoint
  • Windows Server 2012–2019
  • Networking, LAN, WAN and WLAN
  • Firewalls and VPNs
  • Plus, a full UK driving licence and your own vehicle (you’ll be paid for your mileage)<br />The perks and benefits
