Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Transformation Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Signavio, RISE with SAP, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP SD/Order-to-Cash (OTC) transformation.

The consultant will lead business process transformation initiatives, including process discovery, fit-to-standard assessments, process modeling, future-state design, harmonization, and OTC transformation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong combination of SAP functional expertise, business process transformation experience, Signavio hands-on experience, and client-facing consulting skills. The role will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to drive process optimization and cloud transformation.

Key Responsibilities

SAP Transformation & OTC

• Lead Order-to-Cash (OTC) business transformation initiatives.
• Analyze current-state OTC processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Define future-state business processes aligned with SAP best practices.
• Drive process harmonization and standardization across business functions.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and operational efficiency.
• Translate business objectives into scalable SAP transformation solutions.

SAP Signavio

• Facilitate process discovery and fit-to-standard workshops using SAP Signavio.
• Develop current-state and future-state process models.
• Use Signavio capabilities for:
• Process modeling
• Process analysis
• Process optimization
• Process harmonization
• Process documentation
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to validate process designs.
• Document process gaps, improvement opportunities, and transformation recommendations.
• Drive adoption of standardized processes through stakeholder engagement.

RISE with SAP & S/4HANA

• Support RISE with SAP transformation and cloud ERP initiatives.
• Participate in SAP S/4HANA migration and modernization programs.
• Support cloud adoption and business process redesign.
• Apply SAP Activate methodology throughout transformation activities.
• Support transformation planning, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Assess existing processes and recommend S/4HANA-aligned future-state solutions.

SAP SD / Order-to-Cash

• Lead SAP SD solution design and implementation activities.
• Configure and support key OTC processes including:
• Order Management
• Pricing
• Fulfillment
• Billing
• Returns
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP SD solutions.
• Support cross-functional integration with:
• Finance
• Supply Chain
• Other SAP modules
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.

Business & Stakeholder Management

• Partner with business and technology stakeholders throughout transformation programs.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Gather and analyze business requirements.
• Lead fit-to-standard and process-design sessions.
• Communicate process gaps, solution options, recommendations, and trade-offs.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders and leadership.
• Drive alignment across functional and technical teams.

Solution Design & Documentation

• Develop functional solution designs and specifications.
• Prepare:
• Functional specifications
• Process documentation
• Business requirements
• Process maps
• Test plans
• Training materials
• Ensure documentation accurately reflects current-state and future-state processes.

Testing, Deployment & Hypercare

• Support functional and integration testing activities.
• Develop and execute test scenarios and test plans.
• Support UAT and defect resolution.
• Participate in:
• Deployment planning
• Cutover planning
• Go-live activities
• Hypercare
• Post-go-live support
• Identify production issues and coordinate resolution with technical teams.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP SD/OTC consulting or implementation experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on SAP Signavio experience.
• Experience participating in or leading at least one RISE with SAP or SAP S/4HANA transformation program.

Education
