Warehouse Team Leader

We are currently working with a Global Leader of Renewable Energy. Who are recruiting for a Warehouse Team Leader, this role will be remote with occasional travel to various sites across the UK. Duties:

Virtual Stand-ups & Shift Handovers Performance Tracking Remote Coaching & HR WMS Monitoring Bottleneck Resolution Inventory Control & Quality Assurance Vendor & Carrier Management Cross-Department Collaboration Reporting Must have experience using the following:

SAP, Manhattan Active, Oracle NetSuite, or Blue Yonder. Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zoom, and digital whiteboards. Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel spreadsheets to track shipping trends and workforce efficiency. Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
