Enterprise Architect with Current-state discovery and assessment ,LeanIX

Role Focus

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in current-state discovery, architecture assessment, and rapid environment mapping across applications, infrastructure, integrations, data, and business capabilities, preferably within M&A or large-scale transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct current-state architecture discovery and assessments across complex environments.
• Perform asset inventory and mapping for applications, infrastructure, integrations, and data flows.
• Develop application portfolio maps, integration diagrams, and infrastructure views.
• Map business processes, business capabilities, and data dependencies.
• Capture application and platform cost elements to support rationalization efforts.
• Assess CI/CD maturity and delivery pipelines where applicable.
• Define integration architecture patterns and constraints.
• Utilize LeanIX (preferred) or similar Enterprise Architecture tools to document and communicate findings.
• Collaborate with engineering, business, and program teams to support integration planning and execution.

Required Skills

• Proven Enterprise Architecture experience with hands-on current-state discovery and assessment.
• Strong experience with LeanIX or equivalent EA tools.
• Expertise in:
• Application Portfolio Mapping
• Infrastructure & Hosting Environments
• System Integrations & Interfaces
• Data Flows & Dependencies
• Business Process & Capability Mapping
• Ability to quickly analyze complex environments and create decision-ready architecture artifacts.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience

• M&A integration or large-scale transformation programs.
• Application rationalization and tenant consolidation initiatives.
• DevOps / CI-CD maturity assessment experience.
