Up to £85,000 base + 10% bonus + benefits package<br />Location: Croydon (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)<br />Work Type: Permanent The Role<br />WeDo is partnering with a global technology organisation looking to grow its DevOps capability within a high-performing engineering function supporting one of its flagship SaaS products.<br />This is an opportunity to join a cloud-native engineering environment where you'll help build and improve the tooling, automation, and infrastructure behind a platform processing Terrabytes of Data. The business is investing heavily in Platform Engineering, AI-assisted development, cloud automation, and modern DevOps practices. Responsibilities<br />• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines across multiple engineering teams<br />• Automate infrastructure and deployments using Infrastructure as Code<br />• Support Azure cloud infrastructure and AKS environments<br />• Improve platform monitoring, observability, and operational efficiency<br />• Troubleshoot production and deployment issues to maintain platform reliability<br />• Collaborate closely with Software Engineers, Platform Engineers, and Security teams to improve delivery and release processes<br />• Contribute to future platform initiatives around GitHub migration, automation, and AI tooling Required Skills<br />• Commercial experience with Azure cloud services<br />• Experience with AKS / Kubernetes<br />• Strong Terraform or Infrastructure as Code experience<br />• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines<br />• Good understanding of monitoring, logging, and observability tools<br />• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills<br />• Experience working within Agile engineering teams Why Apply?<br />You'll be joining an engineering organisation operating at genuine enterprise scale, supporting a platform where reliability, automation, and engineering quality are business critical.
