The Role • Provide day-to-day HR services, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws. • Support onboarding, associate relations, and performance management processes. • Act as a primary resource for associates and managers, promoting a positive work environment. • Assist in disseminating information on company policies and procedures. • Maintain accurate associate records in HRIS systems and ensure compliance with relevant laws. What You'll Need • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 1-3 years of progressive HR experience, including recruitment, onboarding, associate relations, and benefits administration. • Foundational knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS systems. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Bilingual English/Spanish required.
