Description
Join our team in Chicago as a Business Systems Analyst focusing on Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects. 
This contract position involves translating business needs into technical specifications and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. 
The role requires proficiency with IAM technologies and excellent communication skills.
Analyze and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Collaborate with the IAM team to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Test and validate technical solutions to ensure functionality.
Engage with application and system owners to gather entitlement information.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project and process documentation.
Provide support and guidance to end users.
Lead organizational change management efforts.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and convert them into technical specifications.
Work with the IAM team to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Conduct testing and validation of technical solutions.
Collaborate with system owners for information gathering.
Maintain documentation for projects and processes.

Qualifications
Experience in analyzing and translating business requirements.
Proficiency in testing and validating technical solutions.
Strong collaboration skills with technical teams and stakeholders.
Experience in documentation and process management.
Understanding of organizational change management.
