HR Business Partner - Technology (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

Location: Solihull, West Midlands (Hybrid - 2 days in the office, 3 days remote)

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 + 5% Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Are you an experienced HR Business Partner with experience partnering with IT, Technology, Engineering or Digital teams? We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity to work alongside a senior Technology leadership team within a fast-growing SaaS business.

This is a highly visible role where you'll support organisational growth, develop leadership capability, improve employee engagement and help build high-performing teams. Acting as a trusted advisor, you'll provide both strategic and operational HR support across a dynamic Technology function.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with Technology leadership to deliver strategic and operational HR support.

Coach and develop managers to strengthen leadership capability.

Support organisational design, succession planning and team growth.

Advise on performance management, employee relations and talent development.

Support Learning & Development initiatives and leadership development programmes.

Guide leaders through organisational change while maintaining engagement.

Use people data and insights to support decision-making.

Build strong relationships across Technology, Product and wider business teams.

About You

Previous experience as an HR Business Partner, partnering with IT, Technology, Engineering, Digital or Product teams.

Experience within a technology, software, digital or fast-paced commercial business is advantageous but not essential.

Comfortable supporting senior stakeholders and influencing at all levels.

Strong understanding of employee relations, performance management and organisational development.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience) is desirable.
