Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA SD/LE ShipERP Logistics Functional Consultant to support and optimize enterprise shipping and logistics processes within an SAP S/4HANA environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in SAP SD, Logistics Execution (LE), Transportation Management (TM), and ShipERP, with hands-on experience implementing and supporting end-to-end shipping solutions, carrier integrations, and Order-to-Cash processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution (SD) and Logistics Execution (LE) modules for shipping and delivery operations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to design and enhance end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Implement and maintain ShipERP shipping solutions integrated with SAP S/4HANA.
• Configure and support multi-carrier integrations including FedEx, UPS, DHL, and other shipping providers.
• Enable carrier rate shopping, freight quoting, and automated carrier selection.
• Configure shipment creation, shipment cancellation, and shipping execution within SAP.
• Support shipping label generation, Bills of Lading (BOL), Commercial Invoices, packing slips, and other shipping documentation.
• Configure and maintain HAZMAT shipping compliance, labeling, and regulatory requirements.
• Implement RF (Radio Frequency) process integration for warehouse shipping operations.
• Configure Track & Trace functionality and shipment visibility within SAP delivery processes.
• Work closely with warehouse, logistics, transportation, and customer service teams to improve shipping efficiency.
• Perform functional analysis, system configuration, testing, documentation, user training, and production support.
• Troubleshoot shipping and logistics issues while coordinating with technical teams for enhancements and integrations.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP functional consulting experience with strong expertise in SAP SD and Logistics Execution (LE).
• Hands-on experience implementing or supporting SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
• Experience integrating Transportation Management (TM) with SAP shipping processes.
• Extensive hands-on experience with ShipERP configuration and support.
• Experience configuring:
  • Multi-carrier shipping (FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS, etc.)
  • Rate shopping and carrier selection
  • Shipment processing within SAP
  • Shipping label generation
  • Bills of Lading and Commercial Invoices
  • Freight documentation
  • HAZMAT shipping compliance
• Experience with RF device integration and warehouse shipping operations.
• Strong understanding of shipment tracking and logistics execution.
• Experience with functional specifications, testing, UAT, and production support.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP Transportation Management (TM).
• Experience integrating third-party shipping solutions with SAP.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics best practices.
• SAP S/4HANA certification is a plus.
• Experience in high-volume distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain environments.
