Project Manager IV

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a Project Manager IV to join their team in NYC. This role will oversee the end-to-end execution of a cross-functional program that expands analytics capabilities across Legal, Sales, Market Planning, Product Delivery, Consulting, Implementation, and Business Transformation teams. The Program Manager will be responsible for driving delivery of a complex portfolio of data, analytics, AI, and business process enhancements built on Databricks, contract digitization, data normalization, and cross-system integrations. Success requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, governance discipline, and the ability to translate business objectives into measurable outcomes.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field required; Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered
• PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent program/project management certification preferred
• 7+ years of program or project management experience leading enterprise-scale technology initiatives
• Proven success managing complex data, analytics, AI, or digital transformation programs
• Experience managing cross-functional teams across business and technology organizations
• Experience presenting to executive leadership and steering committees
• Experience managing budgets exceeding $1M

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
