ServiceNow HRSD Technical Consultant

Contract

Remote- Preferred EST candidate

Key Skills

  • · Hands-on ServiceNow HRSD configuration & development
  • · Employee Center configuration (UI, access, navigation)
  • · Workflow automation, catalog items, case management
  • · Integration development (REST/API, IntegrationHub)

Key Deliverables

  • · Configured HRSD solution (forms, workflows, automation)
  • · Employee Center enhancements (UX, action items, navigation)
  • · Developed integrations with external systems
  • · Unit/SIT support, defect fixes, deployments
  • · Documentation and knowledge transfer

Scope:

  • · Deliver Action Item Aggregation across SuccessFactors, CSOD, Concur
  • · Enable Enterprise Integrations (real-time / near real-time)
  • · Implement HR Workflow Automation
  • · Configure Virtual Agent + Teams integration
  • · Enhance Employee Center UX & navigation
  • · Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution
  • · Participating in Agile delivery (sprints, workshops, design sessions)
  • · Support cutover, go-live, and knowledge transfer

Scope of work

  • Technical Consultant: Configure/build HRSD solution, implement workflows, develop integrations, enhance Employee Center, support testing
