Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our engineering team and help build scalable cloud-based applications, data pipelines, and APIs that power critical financial data solutions. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions while developing secure, high-performance software using modern engineering practices.
You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and supporting cloud-native applications and services, with a strong focus on scalability, reliability, and maintainability. The ideal candidate is passionate about backend development, cloud technologies, and delivering high-quality software in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-based applications, APIs, and data pipelines.
Translate business and technical requirements into efficient, reliable software solutions.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code using modern software engineering best practices.
Build and enhance RESTful and GraphQL APIs to support enterprise applications.
Develop and maintain cloud-native solutions using AWS services.
Contribute to automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.
Monitor application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and implement performance improvements.
Ensure applications meet security, compliance, and enterprise development standards.
Participate in code reviews and collaborate with engineering teams to continuously improve development processes.

Qualifications:
Bachelor''''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of professional software development experience.
Strong programming experience with Python and/or Go.
Hands-on experience developing applications on AWS.
Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs; GraphQL experience is preferred.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and modern DevOps practices.
Strong understanding of software design principles, application performance, and scalable system architecture.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
