Mobile Testing Engineer

Job Summary (Mobile Test Engineer)

- Lead end-to-end testing activities for mobile applications in a banking environment.
- Develop and manage test strategies, test plans, and automation frameworks.
- Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated and manual test scripts.
- Coordinate and allocate work across manual and automation testing teams.
- Oversee test execution, including smoke, functional, integration, and regression testing.
- Review team automation scripts for quality adherence and provide feedback.
- Monitor testing progress and deliver regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Define and track QA metrics; drive continuous process and quality improvements.
- Collaborate with development, business, and project teams to resolve defects and improve software quality.
- Prepare and present comprehensive test summary reports covering defect analysis, test coverage, and release readiness.
- Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to manage test data and environments.
- Utilize tools such as Selenium, Java, (Appium, Espresso, XCUITest, Sauce Labs, etc.), and various CI/CD and defect tracking tools.
- Apply strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills in daily activities.
- Ensure alignment with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC/STLC processes.
- Required to have recent banking client experience.
