Hiring Support Specialist

Lutheran Social Services seeks a detail-oriented Hiring Support Specialist to assist our ICA Team in delivering high-quality services across behavioral health, housing, and family programs. In this role, you will manage applicant and staff onboarding workflows, coordinate interviews and orientations, maintain accurate records, and support timely communication with candidates, hiring managers, and HR.
