Cybersecurity Engineer (Splunk SIEM)

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Engineer with strong Splunk SIEM expertise to monitor, detect, investigate, and respond to cybersecurity threats. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Splunk Enterprise Security, threat hunting, log analysis, incident response, and SIEM administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and investigate security events using Splunk SIEM.
• Develop and maintain Splunk dashboards, alerts, and correlation searches.
• Perform threat hunting, incident response, and forensic investigations.
• Build detection use cases and response playbooks using MITRE ATT&CK.
• Integrate and normalize log sources across the SIEM platform.
• Support compliance reporting and audit readiness.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of cybersecurity experience with SIEM/Splunk.
• Strong experience writing SPL (Splunk Processing Language) queries.
• Knowledge of networking, firewalls, EDR, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
• Experience with security frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, HIPAA, or SOC 2.
• Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Splunk Core Certified User or Splunk Core Certified Advanced Power User certification.
