Multi-Specialty Account Manager | Tampa, FL | Hybrid | $110,000 - $126,000 We're hiring on behalf of a globally recognized biopharmaceutical company dedicated exclusively to brain health. The Role • Lead the promotion of a psychiatry portfolio, executing sales and marketing strategies with comprehensive clinical knowledge. • Develop and execute data-driven business plans and tactics to maximize sales performance within the territory. • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders in primary care and neurology settings. • Gather and analyze local market trends and competitor dynamics to identify and prioritize unique opportunities. • Navigate reimbursement landscapes and address access issues with payers, including IDNs, Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial plans. • Ensure adherence to pharmaceutical and regulatory environments, including company policies and FDA regulations. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. • 2-5 years of pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, or medical device sales experience. • Proven ability to master complex disease and product information, demonstrated through training certifications. • Strong self-starter mentality with excellent work ethic, tenacity, and communication skills. • Adaptability to embrace change and collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment. • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills to identify solutions and overcome obstacles. • Proficiency in data analysis and computer skills for goal setting and business objective alignment. • Must reside within 40 miles of the assigned territory boundaries. • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
