Civil Engineer / Project Manager

Description Build your career in Greensboro, NC with a respected civil engineering and land surveying team delivering high-impact land development, infrastructure, and site design work for a wide range of project types. This Civil Engineer / Project Manager opportunity gives you the autonomy to manage projects end-to-end, from construction documents through permitting and completion. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Engineer/ Project Manager position include: 2–3 years of North Carolina private land development experience required; 3+ years preferred.

Engineering degree required; ability to obtain PE licensure within one year. Manage approximately 12–15 projects from construction documents through permitting and completion (typical duration around 18 months). Independently oversee diverse residential, commercial, industrial, retail, restaurant, and infrastructure projects. Work in a Civil 3D environment; Civil 3D required. Use Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, and hydraulic/lighting software as part of daily workflow. Collaborate with a 5–6-person engineering team within a 13-person engineering and surveying firm.

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
