The Role • Lead and manage technical staff across complex projects, significantly impacting portfolio results. • Drive the development of solutions that align with strategic project and programme goals. • Champion technical delivery, leveraging deep understanding of advanced technical principles and concepts. • Guide technical teams to achieve project commitments and deliver complex technical outcomes. • Collaborate with subject matter experts, programme management, and senior leadership. • Influence strategic project and business results through technical leadership. What You'll Need • Significant experience in delivering complex technical projects, ideally within Air Traffic Management. • Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering programmes with significant technical and business impact. • Strong background in systems engineering, including requirements analysis and technical assurance. • Expertise in systems integration and architecture, particularly in large-scale or safety-critical environments. • Ability to decompose complex technical problems into manageable, measurable delivery plans. • Experience managing configuration, risk, and technical compliance.
