Job Description

  • 10+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 7 years of hands-on Guidewire ClaimCenter integration and configuration development.
  • Prior experience serving as a Technical Lead delivering at least two end-to-end Guidewire ClaimCenter implementations within commercial insurance.
  • Proven ownership and support of production Guidewire ClaimCenter platforms and associated integration ecosystems.
  • Strong technical leadership experience managing teams of 10–20 engineers across onshore and offshore models.
  • Expert-level experience with Guidewire APIs, data model, product models, and integration frameworks.
  • Hands-on expertise with:
    • Java
    • GOSU
    • J2EE
    • XML
    • Web Services
    • Relational databases (SQL Server preferred)
  • Experience with application servers such as Apache Tomcat.
  • Strong experience with:
    • Batch processing
    • Messaging
    • Event-driven integrations
    • Migration utilities
  • Expertise in CI/CD tools and practices, including:
    • Jenkins
    • Git
    • Code coverage
    • Scanning tools (e.g., SonarQube)
    • DevSecOps principles
  • Guidewire ClaimCenter ACE Certification required.
  • Guidewire Cloud migration experience preferred.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Deep knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance, with preference for commercial insurance domain experience.
