Plant Manager- Pharma

The Plant Manager is responsible for all operations of the processing facility, including logistics, sourcing, production, and coordination with third parties.

Key Responsibilities

Plant Managers must fulfill many duties and responsibilities, not focused on one specific talent but rather multiple skills, including:

• Managing the daily operations of the plant, working closely with other departments
• Testing plant processes and ensuring efficiency and safety, including fostering continuous improvement activities
• Creating and fostering a culture of performance and accountability 
• Planning, implementing, and monitoring production operations to meet targets
• Analyzing and controlling costs and managing budgetary restrictions
• Optimizing machinery and equipment with regular maintenance programs
• Leading the team for optimal performance using key performance indicators
• Communicate regularly with all teams to optimize plant performance and resolve issues collaboratively

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A minimum of 5+ plus years operational management experience in a manufacturing related field
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. 
• Experience in an administrative role.
• Fluency in English required; multilingual capabilities preferred
