Their solutions are already trusted by organisations operating in some of the world's most demanding and security-conscious sectors and, with international growth continuing, this is an exciting opportunity to join the business at a pivotal stage of its journey.<br />________________________________________<br />The Opportunity<br />As a Solutions Consultant, you will work closely with customers, Sales, Product and Engineering teams to help organisations understand, evaluate and deploy innovative communications solutions.<br />Acting as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer journey, you will support demonstrations, workshops, solution design activities and customer engagements, both in the UK and internationally.<br />This role is ideal for somebody who enjoys combining technical expertise with customer interaction and wants exposure to innovative technologies, international projects and a growing global customer base.<br />________________________________________<br />About You<br />We're looking for somebody who enjoys working with people just as much as technology.<br />You'll be comfortable understanding customer challenges, discussing technical solutions and communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.<br />Ideally, you'll have around two years' experience within a technical, networking, cloud, cyber security, communications or pre-sales environment.

However, we are equally interested in ambitious individuals who have gained relevant experience through an internship, industrial placement, graduate programme or year in industry and are looking to take the next step in their career.<br />________________________________________<br />What You'll Bring<br />* Experience within a customer-facing technical, solutions or pre-sales environment.<br />* Exposure to networking, infrastructure, cloud or cybersecurity technologies.<br />* Strong presentation and communication skills.<br />* The ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and engaging way.<br />* A consultative approach to problem solving.<br />* Experience supporting demonstrations, workshops or technical discussions.<br />* A willingness to travel internationally.<br />Experience within secure communications, telecommunications, defence, government, public safety, emergency services, critical infrastructure or mission-critical environments would be advantageous but is not essential.<br />________________________________________<br />Qualifications &amp; Additional Skills<br />A degree is not essential.

We are more interested in technical aptitude, communication skills and a desire to learn.<br />Relevant certifications such as Cisco, Microsoft, AWS, CompTIA Security+ or similar would be beneficial.<br />Additional language skills, particularly Spanish, French or Arabic, would also be highly advantageous given the international nature of the role.<br />Due to the nature of the customers and environments supported by the business, successful applicants must be able to obtain the appropriate security clearance where required and be willing to undergo background screening and vetting checks as part of the recruitment and onboarding process.<br />Please note that sponsorship is not available for this position.
