Position: Quality Assurance Analyst – Advanced
 
Location: Remote (Continental US, EST hours)
 
Work Arrangement: 100% Remote
 
Interview Process: 1 Round (Virtual)
 

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Assurance Analyst to perform QA and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for critical healthcare and Medicaid system projects. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to test software coding changes, develop test scenarios, execute test runs, and analyze results.

  • Required Skills:
     
    • Mainframe (4+ years)
    • COBOL / MVS COBOL (4+ years)
    • JCL (4+ years)
    • Software Testing / QA (4+ years)
    • Test Scenario Creation & Execution (4+ years)
  • Preferred Skills:
     
    • SQL
       
    • Serena ChangeMan
       
    • Excel (for testing/data analysis)
    • ISTQB Certification
       

Core Responsibilities

  • Create test scenarios, execute test cases, and analyze test outcomes.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and interface testing with business partners.
  • Document business, process, and technical findings clearly.
  • Resolve discrepancies between expected and actual test results.

Qualifications
