Project Co-Ordinator

Project Coordinator Certain Advantage is recruiting for a Project Coordinator to join a team on an initial 9-month contract. This role is based in Leatherhead and requires onsite attendance three days per week.

Your Responsibilities Maintain and update project plans, supporting IT Project Managers with planning and re-planning activities.<br />Monitor project progress, manage schedules, critical paths, dependencies, and provide status reporting.<br />Coordinate configuration and change management processes, ensuring project deliverables are reviewed and approved on time.<br />Support or deputise for IT Project Managers during stand-ups, sprint ceremonies, and project checkpoints.<br />Ensure effective use of Jira/Kanban boards to track tasks and improve team delivery.<br />The individual:

Experience in a programme or PMO environment supporting Project Managers.<br />Knowledge of project planning, change management, RAID management, and reporting.<br />Strong report writing and stakeholder communication skills.<br />Experience working with public sector clients and third-party suppliers.<br />Proven ability to deliver in fast-paced projects with fixed deadlines.<br />Intermediate/Advanced in Smartsheet and/or Microsoft Project.<br />Intermediate Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables; macros desirable).<br />Intermediate Microsoft PowerPoint.<br />Experience using Jira or other Kanban tools.<br />Working knowledge of software delivery, system integration, and Azure/IaaS hosting environments.
