Senior Service Delivery Manager - Field Services & CSI Lead

Unisys Australia is seeking a Service Delivery Support (SDS) Manager to lead an 8-person team across service reporting, SLA management, quality assurance, knowledge management, and asset/logistics. You will drive performance and CSI initiatives under ITIL v4.

In this client-facing role you will own SLA/KPI delivery, report to governance forums, and partner with the Field Services Director AP to mitigate risks and improve service outcomes.
