The Role • Act as a lead associate in the absence of Store Management. • Provide exemplary customer service and greet customers entering the store. • Manage point-of-sale operations, including accurate cash handling and processing transactions. • Assist with incoming merchandise, stocking shelves, and maintaining product presentation according to plan-o-grams. • Support in maintaining store cleanliness, organization, and a safe shopping environment. • Handle customer returns and assist with inventory control tasks. What You'll Need • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations for transactions and percentages. • Proficiency in cash handling procedures, including register accountability and deposit control. • Experience operating a cash register and scanning equipment. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer and team interaction. • Understanding of safety policies and maintenance of a secure retail environment. • High school diploma or equivalent; supervisory experience is a plus.
