Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to assist heavily with the Recruitment & Onboarding processes. Monday to Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm Salary 29,000 - 30,000 per annum.

NO HYBRID WORKING.

Duties

  • Act as the main contact for applicants, providing a professional and positive recruitment
  • Manage full recruitment Supporting hiring managers through the recruitment process.
  • Arranging interviews, new starter welcome packs, and onboarding.
  • Organise induction activities and support new employees during their transition.
  • Ensuring full compliance with safeguarding regulations, employment law and legislation.
  • Complete pre-employment checks, including Right to Work and visa documentation where required.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure all documentation is completed.
  • Respond to general HR enquiries and provide administrative support to the HR team.
  • Assist with wider HR projects and process improvements as required.

Skills

  • Confidence in using Microsoft Office, HR software, and generally strong PC skills.
  • A REAL team player.
  • Excellent communication skills, and prioritising abilities.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
