The Role • Operate state-of-the-art fiber placement machinery and associated AGV systems. • Independently set up, prepare, and load the machine with CFRP materials. • Monitor the production process and perform adjustments on AFP systems with Siemens NC control. • Identify and resolve machine malfunctions autonomously, initiating optimizations for machinery and fixtures. • Independently inspect laid-up plies and document all work steps in the EDV system. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a metalworking trade (e.g., Industrial Mechanic, Aircraft Mechanic, Cutting Mechanic). • Previous experience in manufacturing or production, ideally in fiber composite technology or CFRP. • Familiarity with Siemens NC controls and experience working in a three-shift system. • A self-directed, quality-conscious work approach, coupled with teamwork and a willingness to learn. • Good command of the German language, both spoken and written.
