Software Engineer - Full Stack & AIBuild Intelligent Software That Drives Innovation
We're looking for a motivated Software Engineer to help build the next generation of cloud-native applications powered by AI and modern software engineering practices. In this role, you'll work across the full software development lifecycle, developing scalable applications, integrating AI capabilities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that drive business impact.
Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality full-stack software applications.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from design through production support.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Leverage AI/ML technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), to enhance applications and business processes.
• Develop, test, and maintain machine learning workflows and AI-enabled solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, debugging, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and application monitoring.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions.
• Contribute to scalable, secure, reliable, and cost-efficient cloud-based applications.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
• 1-3 years of professional software development experience.
• Experience with the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Hands-on experience developing applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
• Experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative Agile development environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience developing AI/ML models or integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into applications.
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or VersionOne.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or similar platforms.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog or Kibana.
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases such as DynamoDB.
• Experience with Python, .NET, Angular, or SQL Server.
• Knowledge of data science or data engineering concepts.
