The Role • Make outbound calls to engage individuals and encourage rebooking of blood donation appointments. • Provide accurate information and assistance related to blood donation appointments. • Deliver a compassionate and empathetic service, actively listening and building rapport with callers. • Record, track, and resolve customer inquiries with speed and precision. • Maintain clear and detailed notes on customer accounts. • Update knowledge base according to guidelines and procedures.
