Enterprise AI Success Lead

OpenAI is seeking an experienced AI Success Engineer to partner with our most strategic customers from post deployment through scaled enterprise adoption. You will drive account health, guide technical readiness, map workflows, and lead configuration and enablement across a broad OpenAI product portfolio.

You will collaborate with Sales, Solutions Architecture, Product, and Research to ensure a connected customer experience, accelerate adoption, and demonstrate tangible business impact at scale.
