Job Title: SAP Project Manager(23216-1)

Location: Santa Clara, CA (5 Days Onsite)

Duration: 6-12+ Months Contract

Must Have Skills

Skill 1 We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead and manage SAP implementation, enhancement, and support projects

Skill 2 Exposure to SAP S/4HANA is highly required

Skill 3 Experience working in global delivery environments

Good To have Skills

Skill 1 PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or other Project Management certifications are a plus

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead and manage SAP implementation, enhancement, and support projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in project management, excellent stakeholder communication skills, and experience delivering SAP projects on time and within budget. Exposure to SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, SAP functional and technical teams, vendors, and leadership.
• Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and executive reporting.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues proactively.
• Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards, and best practices.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve project objectives.
• Support SAP implementation, migration, upgrade, or enhancement initiatives.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement and project delivery excellence.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years of SAP Project Management experience.
• Proven experience managing SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, or support projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Experience with project planning and tracking tools such as MS Project, Jira, or similar.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to or experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or migrations.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or other Project Management certifications are a plus.
• Experience working in global delivery environments.
