Job Title: Site Reliability Engineer (Azure) – Healthcare

Location: Remote (Preference for candidates willing to support 24/7 on-call)

Duration: Long-Term Contract

 

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with a strong background in Azure Production Support and Healthcare environments. The ideal candidate will have expertise in maintaining highly available production systems, incident management, automation, and healthcare data integration.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Production Support, or Support Engineering.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience supporting Healthcare applications.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure production environments.
• Strong experience with Azure SQL and T-SQL.
• Experience with healthcare data standards such as HL7 and FHIR.
• Strong scripting and automation skills using PowerShell, Azure CLI, Bash, or Python.
• Experience handling production incidents, critical escalations, bridge calls, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Ability to support mission-critical applications and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, HITRUST, and healthcare security/compliance.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience supporting enterprise healthcare platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Experience working in SLA-driven production environments.
