About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Tecnomatix Consultant to support digital manufacturing and PLM initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing Siemens Tecnomatix solutions and optimizing manufacturing processes through simulation and digital factory technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure Tecnomatix modules (e.g., Process Simulate, Plant Simulation, Line Designer)
• Develop and validate manufacturing process plans, workflows, and digital simulations
• Support factory layout optimization, ergonomics analysis, and throughput studies
• Integrate Tecnomatix with Teamcenter PLM and ERP systems
• Lead client workshops, requirements gathering, and solution design sessions
• Provide technical troubleshooting, testing, and user training
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, IT)

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Siemens Tecnomatix suite
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and digital factory concepts
• Experience with Teamcenter integration preferred
• Ability to work independently in a client-facing consulting role

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
