They are currently seeking a passionate sales professional to join their growing team. **The Role** • Lead the promotion of a specialized psychiatry portfolio, executing sales and marketing strategies with comprehensive clinical knowledge. • Develop strategy and tactics, allocate resources, and monitor progress to maximize sales performance, utilizing data-based insights and digital tools. • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and internal stakeholders, incorporating "total office" account management. • Stay informed on reimbursement dynamics and effectively address payer access issues. • Maintain deep knowledge of the market, therapeutic area, and pharmaceutical regulatory environment, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures. **What You'll Need** • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. • 2-5 years of pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, or medical device sales experience. • Demonstrated ability to excel in product training and certification annually. • Proven success in selling to general practitioners or primary care centers is preferred. • Prior experience promoting CNS/neuroscience products is a plus. • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and data interpretation skills. • Must live within 40 miles of the Tampa territory boundaries. • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record. **What's On Offer** • Competitive salary range of $110,000 - $126,000 with a sales incentive target of $40,500. • Comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance. • 401k matching and a company car. • Flexible paid time off (PTO). • Opportunity to work with an organization committed to innovation and improving brain health.
