The Role

• Independently manage the entire recruitment process across various channels and develop creative search strategies for hard-to-fill positions (e.g., active sourcing, social media campaigns).
• Create and optimize target-group-specific job advertisements, considering current market trends and legal requirements.
• Oversee structured candidate management and professional communication throughout the entire selection process.
• Advise management and departments, collaboratively defining requirement profiles.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews (including in English) to ensure a well-founded candidate selection.
• Manage external service providers, including contract negotiations, profile alignment, and invoice verification.
• Actively participate in recruiting projects and develop innovative concepts for the further development of the recruiting center.

What You'll Need

• A successfully completed commercial, technical, or social science apprenticeship or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in recruiting, a recruiting center, or research.
• Solid knowledge of data protection (GDPR) and labor law (works constitution act).
• Proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel with Pivot analysis) and a strong affinity for software.
• Fluent written and spoken English communication skills.
