Scale and maintain consistent, personalized agent conversations across voice, SMS, and email.
Track developments in agent tooling and research, applying relevant advances to the software platform.
What We're Looking For
Zero to four years of experience as a software engineer, agent engineer, or applied AI engineer.
Strong experience focused on building agents and large-scale AI applications, beyond prototypes or internal tools.
Has shipped conversational agents or agent harnesses at scale, using text or voice.
Experience developing evaluation and tracing infrastructure for AI agents.
Full-stack software engineering background and applied LLM experience; familiarity with agent frameworks, voice AI, SMS integrations, or multi-agent orchestration is valuable.
Undergraduate degree in computer science, mathematics, or a related field, with strong technical fundamentals.
Resourceful, highly driven, and able to work through technical challenges independently.
Healthtech or life sciences experience, or an interest in the domain, is beneficial.
