Job description

The Senior O&M BA/QA Lead will act as the bridge between stakeholders, product owners, operations teams, developers, infrastructure personnel, and support staff. The individual will oversee requirements analysis, business process validation, production defect management, testing activities, release validation, and operational quality metrics while supporting ongoing modernization and maintenance initiatives.

Minimum 5 years of experience supporting Operations & Maintenance programs.
Experience managing requirements, testing, defect management, and stakeholder engagement activities.
Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and IT Service Management practices.
Experience creating test plans, test cases, requirements documentation, and operational reports.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
